The key to finding a great real estate agent to list your home is to do a little digging and then ask the right questions.   8. What methods will you use to communicate with me? How often can I expect to hear from you?

  9. Are there improvements I should make to my home that will increase its market value?

  10. Will you help me stage my home using what I already have - for free?

  11. Will a professional photograph my property? How many photos will be used?

  12. Will you show me the homes of my competition so I know what I'm up against?

  13. Will you provide me with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)?

  14. What is your track record, unsold inventory of listings, average DOM (Days On Market)? Do you offer a Performance Guarantee?

  15. Will you provide references from past clients? Can I call your past clients?
