Montecito is home in the Mountains Edge community, which is located south of Blue Diamond just off Cimarron in southwestern Las Vegas. The innovative and creative homes are designed by KB Home’s.

There are four main designs, which include the Miramar, the Solano, The Carmel, and the Hot Springs. All homes have 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels and are Energy Star and Water Smart compliant.

The Miramar offers downstairs an entry, den, master bedroom, and master bath. The upstairs offers kitchen, living room, and another master bedroom. The entire square footage is around 1,595.

The Solano is 1,555 square feet with on the first floor a great room and kitchen and on the second floor two master bedrooms and a loft.

The Carmel offers 1,635 square feet with the formal living room, kitchen, and great rooms on the first floor and on the second a master bedroom, two other bedrooms, and a loft.

The Hot Springs offers 1,768 square feet with the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor and on the second floor a master bedroom, two other bedrooms, and a loft.

The Montecito Community is next to Paiute Park that offers a grassy area, an interactive water feature, covered picnic areas, and basketball courts.

Since Montecito is home in Mountains Edge there are many wonderful amenities included for residents since Mountains Edge has 3000 acres, around 500 acres of open space that will be home to parks and trails.

One attraction that is sure to please the kids in the family is the 80-acre western-themed park. On the other hand, some may prefer the 300-acre regional park that will be found in the center of the development.
